Fitch Avenue sale tops $2.5 million as Hopkinton records 20 deed transfers

Hopkinton recorded 20 property sales between July 17 and August 15. Prices ranged from $755,000 to $2,536,765 among the 14 sales that disclosed a price, with a median of $1,287,500. The month's top sale was new construction at 10 Fitch Ave, which sold for $2,536,765 to Dhaval and Kripa Avlani. Six of the 20 deeds, all with no disclosed price, involved a grantor and grantee sharing a family name, consistent with trust or estate transfers. Waterville Lane was the only street to record more than one sale during the period.
