The month's top sale was new construction at 10 Fitch Ave, which sold for $2,536,765 to Dhaval and Kripa Avlani. Six of the 20 deeds, all with no price recorded yet, involved a grantor and grantee sharing a family name, consistent with trust or estate transfers. Waterville Lane was the only street to record more than one sale during the period.
