The Hopkinton Department of Public Works has scheduled water main work on Hayden Rowe Street to begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, according to a notice posted to the town's website Monday. Hopkinton Public Library is marking the town's 250th anniversary with a CreatorSpace workshop on building a punched tin candle holder, set for Tuesday, Aug. 18, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The following evening, the library's Betty Strong Room hosts "America Is Wild!
