Twenty property transfers were recorded in Hopkinton from July 24 to Aug. 22, with disclosed prices ranging from $435,000 to $2,700,000 and a median of $1,328,000. The period's top sale was 10 Queen Anne Rd, which sold for $2.7 million on July 31 to Brendon Wolanski. Thirteen of the 20 transfers disclosed a sale price; the remaining seven, price not disclosed, listed the same family name as both seller and buyer, consistent with trust or estate transfers. Nine of the 13 disclosed-price sales closed above $1 million, indicating deed activity concentrated at the higher end of Hopkinton's housing market this period.
