Hopkinton July Sales Top Out At $1.955 Million On Oak Street

Hopkinton recorded 20 property sales between July 3 and Aug. 1, according to the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds, with 13 transactions disclosing a purchase price. Prices ranged from $617,500 to $1,955,000, and the median sale price was $990,000. The month's top sale was 14 Oak St., which sold for $1,955,000 on July 15. Wood Street, Oakhurst Road and Spruce Street each recorded two sales. Seven of the 20 transactions were transfers between family members or into trusts, none with a disclosed price. Six of the 13 disclosed sales closed above $1 million, pointing to steady activity at the higher end of the market.
