Hopkinton sales split between trust transfers and seven-figure home purchases
The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 17 Hopkinton property transfers from July 31 through Aug. 29. Nine sales disclosed a price, ranging from $435,000 to $2,700,000, with a median of $1,070,000. The period's top sale was 10 Queen Anne Rd at $2,700,000, sold by J. Derek and Staci C. Bergmann to Brendon Wolanski. Nearly half of all recorded deeds, eight of 17, were trust or estate transfers within the same family, none disclosing a price. No street recorded more than one sale, and five transactions involved condominium units, indicating mixed single-family and condo activity this period.
