Myrtle Avenue New Construction Anchors Hopkinton's Priciest August Deeds

Hopkinton recorded 20 property transfers from Aug. 14 to Sept. 12, per South Middlesex Registry of Deeds data. Ten sales disclosed a price, ranging from $448,000 to $2,697,902, with a median of $1,297,500. The top sale was 7 Myrtle Ave at $2,697,902, one of two new-construction sales on the street from the same builder, Toll Northeast V Corp. Nine of the 20 recorded transfers, nearly half, moved property between family members into trusts rather than to outside buyers, meaning the period's true open-market activity was smaller than the raw count suggests.
