Hopkinton sales split between trust transfers and seven-figure home purchases
The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 17 Hopkinton property transfers from July 31 through Aug. 29. Nine sales disclosed a price, ranging from $435,000 to $2,700,000, with a median of $1,070,000. The period's top sale was 10 Queen Anne Rd at $2,700,000, sold by J. Derek and Staci C.
