HOPKINTON -- A luxury sale on Singletary Way anchored a busy late-May and June recording period in Hopkinton, pushing the median sale price among disclosed transactions above $1 million. Ten of 20 recorded deeds carried disclosed prices, with the remainder reflecting trust transfers and other conveyances without stated consideration.

Two transactions recorded May 28 were nearly tied for third: 54 Cherry Lane Unit 392 sold for $1,305,000, from Anudeep Kumar Gadam and Santhosi Chakra Sravanthi Naraharisetti to Deepak and Promila Virmani; and 1 Honeysuckle Circle sold June 3 for $1,300,000, with Deepak Mohan and Pavithra Ashok as sellers and Mohana Mahalingam and Sivakumar Alagarsamy as buyers.
