YOUTH LEAGUES -- The Hopkinton Basketball Association has announced its Tap-Off Tournament for Nov. 20-22, telling families to register by Nov. 1 to guarantee a spot in the event. The association, which organizes travel teams for Hopkinton boys and girls in grades 4 through 8 competing in the Metrowest Basketball League as well as an in-town program for kindergarten through high school players, also said participants in its in-town clinics and leagues will be contacted in early November with further details.
