HOPKINTON -- Twenty properties changed hands in Hopkinton over the past month, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $454,000 to just over $3 million and a median of $1,143,000, according to deeds recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds.

MARKET OVERVIEW Twenty deeds were recorded in Hopkinton between June 26 and July 25. Disclosed sale prices ranged from $454,000, for a condominium unit at 4 Apple Tree Hill Road, to $3,027,795, for a single-family home at 9 Whisper Way. Of the 20 recorded transfers, 14 carried a disclosed consideration amount; the median among those was $1,143,000. The remaining six deeds did not list a sale price, a common feature of intra-family or trust-related transfers.
