Toll Brothers Sale Tops Hopkinton Home Sales In Late Summer
Hopkinton recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with nine sales carrying a posted price so far, ranging from $590,000 to $2,444,092 and a median of $1,135,000. The period's top sale was a new-construction home at 12 Fitch Ave., which sold for $2,444,092 to Dhruv Patel and Gunjan J. Kansara; the same builder, Toll Northeast V Corp, also sold a home on Myrtle Avenue. Eight of the 10 transfers without a listed price were transfers within the same family into or out of a trust, including two on Birkdale Lane, rather than open-market sales.
